عنوان فارسی تاثیر آموزش دارو دهی به روش بحث در گروههای کوچک بر تبعیت پرستاران بخش های مراقبت ویژه از استاندارد های دارودهی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: تبعیت از استانداردها نیاز به آموزش مداوم پرستاران دارد. از روشهای مؤثر آموزشی جهت افزایش دانش و تقویت مهارت، بحث گروهی می باشد .هدف تعیین تاثیر آموزش دارو دهی به روش بحث در گروههای کوچک بر تبعیت پرستاران بخش های مراقبت ویژه از استاندارد های دارودهی میباشد. روش کار: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی از بخش های مراقبت ویژه دو بیمارستان که به طور تصادفی به عنوان گروه مداخله و کنترل در نظر گرفته شدند76 پرستار به صورت سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. چک لیست استانداردهای دارودهی در25 بخش و 53 سوال طراحی شد. پژوهشگر با استفاده از چک لیست، تبعیت هر پرستار از استانداردهای دارودهی را در چهار نوبت قبل و بعد از آموزش به طور نامحسوس و با مشاهده مستقیم کنترل نمود. در صورت تبعیت نمره 1 و در صورت عدم تبعیت نمره صفر کسب گردید. آموزش استانداردهای دارودهی به شیوه بحث گروهی در گروه مداخله در طی دو جلسه دو ساعته انجام شد. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از Spss16 و آزمونهای تی مستقل و زوجی صورت گرفت. یافته­ها: قبل از مداخله بین دو گروه از نظر میزان تبعیت پرستاران از استانداردهای دارودهی اختلاف آماری معناداری مشاهده نشد (05/0p). نتیجه­نهایی: با توجه به اثرات مثبت آموزش به روش بحث گروهی بر تبعیت پرستاران از استانداردهای دارودهی و اهمیت این مساله در امر مراقبت از بیماران پیشنهاد می شود جهت آموزش به پرستاران از این شیوه استفاده گردد.

عنوان انگلیسی The effect of education of medication by small groups discussion on nursing adherence in intensive care units of medication Standards
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Adherence of standards requires the continuous education of nurses. Effective educational methods for increasing knowledge and enhancing skills is group discussion. The purpose is to determine the effect of education of medication by small groups discussion on nursing adherence in intensive care units of medication Standards.   methods: In this semi-experimental study of the intensive care units of the two hospitals that were randomly assigned as intervention and control groups 76 nurses were enrolled in the census. The medication standards checklist was designed in 25 sections and 53 question. The researcher  using the checklist, controlled each nurse's adherence of the medication Standards in four steps before and after the education, subtle and direct observation. If adherence score 1 and in  non adherence score zero was earned. The education of medication Standards was conducted in group intervention by group discussion method during two sessions two-hours. Data analysis was performed using Spss16 and independent t-test  and paired t-test.   Results: There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of term the rate of adherence of nurses from the medication standards before intervention (p>0.05).  After intervention, nurses' adherence significantly increased in the intervention group (87.9 ± 2.5) compared to the control group (77.7 ± 2.7) (p < 0.001).   Conclusion: Considering the positive effects of education by group discussion method on nursing adherence of medication standards and the importance of this issue in the care of patients, it is suggested that use this method to education nurses.
