عنوان فارسی عوامل موثر بر نقش مراقبتی والدین کودکان مبتلا به بیماری فلج مغزی
چکیده فارسی مقاله  مقدمه: والدین کودکان مبتلا به فلج مغزی در معرض پیچیدگی های مراقبتی کودک مبتلا قرار دارند، آن ها جهت کاهش مشکلات مراقبتی به حمایت های متفاوتی نیاز دارند، لذا مطالعه حاضر به منظور کشف عوامل موثر بر نقش مراقبتی والدین کودکان مبتلا به بیماری فلج مغزی انجام گردید.  روش کار: مطالعه حاضر بخشی از مطالعه کیفی است که در سال 1392-1390 انجام شد. انتخاب مشارکت کنندگان براساس نمونه گیری مبتنی بر هدف تا رسیدن به اشباع داده ها ادامه یافت؛ به این ترتیب 33 نفر متشکل از والدین و عضو خانواده کودکان مبتلا به فلج مغزی مراجعه کننده به مراکز توانبخشی شهر تهران و کارشناسان حوزه توانبخشی در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. داده ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با هریک از مشارکت کنندگان جمع آوری و از طریق تحلیل محتوا و مقایسه مداوم داده ها مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت .    یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل داده ها مفهوم سرمایه والدینی را با دو طبقه توانائی شخصی والدین (زیر طبقات :توانائی ذهنی و جسمی درمراقبت، توانائی برقراری ارتباط با دیگران، اعتقاد بر ارزش معنوی وجودکودک) و امکانات موقعیتی والدین (زیر طبقات: وضعیت اقتصادی اجتماعی خانواده، برخورداری از بستگان یاری دهنده، همکاری ومشارکت در خانواده) آشکار نمود. نتیجه گیری: سرمایه های والدین عامل موثری در حس تسلط والدین بر موقعیت مراقبت از کودک مبتلا  به فلج مغزی است، بنابر این توجه به سرمایه های درونی و بیرونی والدین در آموزش و برنامه ریزی مراقبت در منزل این بیماران حایز اهمیت می باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Effective factors for role of caring parents of children with cerebral palsy
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: Parents of children with cerebral palsy are exposed to the complications of the child's care; they need kinds of support to reduce problems of care of the child. Therefore, the current study was done in order to discover the factors that influence role of caring parents while taking care of the cerebral palsy child. Methods: This study is part of a qualitative study that was done in 2011-2013.  Sampling was done based on goal-oriented and continued to saturate data. Thus, 33 participants including parents and family member of children with cerebral palsy that had been referred to Rehabilitation Centers in Tehran city and rehabilitation experts participated in this study. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with each participant and analyzed through content analysis and continuous comparison of data. Results: The results of data analysis showed the concept of parental capital with two categories: parents' personal ability (subcategories: mental and physical ability in care, the ability to communicate with others, belief in the spiritual value of the child) and parental situational resources (subcategories: The socio-economic status of the family, the availability of helping relatives, cooperation and partnership in the family). Conclusion: Parental capital as a supporting factor has an effectiveness on the sense of parents 'dominance on the situation of taking care of child; so, it is important to pay attention to the parents' capital (internal and external) for educating and home care planning of affected child and family.
