بررسی ویژگی های روانسنجی مقیاس نگرش به حرفه پرستاری (ASNP) |

سابقه و هدف: به دلیل ابهام و تضاد در نقش های پرستاری، نگرش به حرفه پرستاری از مهم‌ترین مباحث در تمام حیطه های ارایه مراقبت از زمان انتحاب این حرفه تا پایان دوره خدمت است. با توجه به اینکه بررسی این نگرش نیاز به ابزار معتبر و استاندارد دارد. پژوهش حاضر باهدف تعیین شاخص های روانسنجی مقیاس نگرش به حرفه پرستاری (ASNP) انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی و روش شناختی است. در این مطالعه ابتدا برای استفاده از ابزار از مولف اصلی آن اجازه گرفته شد. سپس مقیاس نگرش به حرفه پرستاری (ASNP) ایپک کوبان( Ipek Coban) مطابق پروتکل بین المللی کیفیت زندگی International Quality Of Life Assessment ( (IQOLA به زبان فارسی ترجمه شد. روایی صوری و محتوی به روش کمی مقیاس با استفاده از نظرات 11 متخصص صاحب نظر پرستاری انجام شد. و بر اساس نظرات اعلام شده، شاخص روایی محتوایی( CVI, CVR ) محاسبه گردید. پایایی با دو شیوه همسانی درونی (آلفای کرونباخ) و آزمون-آزمون مجدد، همچنین محاسبه ضریب همبستگی درون طبقه ای ( ICC ) بررسی شد. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی با حجم نمونه 301 پرستار شاغل در بیمارستان های علوم پزشکی استان گلستان به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس با کاربرد نرم افزار SPSS-22 و AMOS ا نجام شد. |

Introduction: Due to the ambiguity and conflict in nursing roles, the attitude towards the nursing profession is one of the most important topics in all areas of care provision from the time of choosing this profession to the end of the service period. The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the psychometric indicators of the attitude scale for nursing profession (ASNP). Materials and methods: This research is a descriptive and methodological study. In this study, permission was first obtained from the original author to use the tool. The attitude scale for nursing profession (ASNP) was translated into the Persian language according to the International Quality of Life Assessment (IQOLA) protocol. The face and content validity of the scale was carried out using a quantitative method using the opinions of 11 nursing experts. The content validity index (CVI) and content validity ratio (CVR) were calculated. Reliability was investigated either by two methods of internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha), test-retest, and calculating the intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC). Data analysis was done using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis with a sample size of 301 nurses working in medical sciences hospitals of Golestan province using a simple sampling method and was analyzed by 22-SPSS and AMOS soft. |
