عنوان فارسی شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی و ارتباط آن با توانایی انجام کار در کارکنان شاغل در اتاق عمل بیمارستان‌های دولتی همدان
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف: اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی به عنوان یک مشکل شایع در اغلب محیط های کاری و توانایی انجام کار به عنوان یک عامل مؤثر بر عملکرد و بهره وری کارکنان مطرح هستند. در مطالعه حاضر وضعیت این دو مولفه و ارتباط آن ها با هم در کارکنان شاغل در اتاق عمل بررسی شده است.
مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه مقطعی حاضر در زمستان سال 1401 انجام شد. در این پژوهش تعداد 96 نفر از کارکنان شاغل در اتاق عمل بیمارستان‌های دولتی شهر همدان، به صورت سرشماری و با درنظر گرفتن معیارهای ورود مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد نوردیک و توانایی انجام کار جمع‌آوری شده و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 24 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه 2/4% از شرکت‌کنندگان دارای یک ناراحتی اسکلتی عضلانی و مابقی پرسنل (8/%95 ) دارای بیش از یک ناراحتی، در سیستم اسکلتی عضلانی بودند. میانگین شاخص توانایی انجام کار 91/04±3/42 بود. نتایج آزمون تی مستقل نشان داد که شاخص توانایی انجام کار در بین افراد دارای درد در اندام‌های گردن، شانه ها، آرنج ها، کمر، زانو ها و پاها نسبت به افراد فاقد درد در این اندام ها به صورت معناداری کمتر بود (05/0>P).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به شیوع بالای اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی و ارتباط معنادار بین این اختلالات و توانایی انجام کار، ضروری است. مداخلاتی به منظورکاهش این اختلالات و به تبع آن افزایش توانمندی کارکنان طراحی و اجرا گردد.

عنوان انگلیسی The Prevalence of Musculoskeletal Disorders and its Association with the Work Ability Index among Staff Working in the Operating Room of Hamedan's Governmental Hospitals
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and purpose: Musculoskeletal disorders are among the most common causes of reduced work capacity, work quality, and increased costs for personnel health. The present study aimed to determine the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders and their relationship with the ability to perform work in the operating room of Hamadan government hospitals.
Materials and methods: The present cross-sectional study was conducted during winter 2023. In this research, 96 employees working in the operating room of Hamedan governmental hospitals was investigated by census and considering the inclusion criteria. Using standard questionnaires data related to musculoskeletal disorders of the personnel and the level of their work ability were recorded. Also, the data analysis was performed a using SPSS version 24 software.
Results: In this study, 2.4% of the participants reported MSDs in one part of their bodies and the rest (95.8%) reported MSDs in more parts of their bodies. The mean (standard deviation) score of the operating room personnel ability index score was 42.04 (3.91). The results of the independent t-test showed that there was a significant difference in the ability to perform work among people with pain in the neck, shoulders, elbows, back, knees, and legs compared to people without pain in these organs.
Conclusion: The results of this study indicate the need to pay more attention to the implementation of ergonomic and management interventions to reduce the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders and thereby increase the efficiency and effectiveness of personnel.
