عنوان فارسی بررسی تاثیر مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر الگوی پرسید-پروسید بر ارتقای رفتارهای ایمن ترافیکی دانش آموزان دختر مدارس ابتدایی شهر تبریز در سال ۱۳۹۳
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف: آسیب‌های عابران پیاده از معضلات مهم بهداشت عمومی بوده و یکی از قربانیان عمده آسیب‌های ترافیکی کودکان می‌باشند. آموزش یکی از مهم‌ترین استراتژی‌های رفع آسیب‌های ترافیکی است، ولیکن جهت کسب نتایج مفید و مؤثر، آموزش می‌بایست بر مبنای نظریه‌ها و الگوهای تغییر رفتار طراحی گردد. بنابراین، هدف مطالعه حاضر تعیین تاثیر مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر الگوی پرسید-پروسید بر ارتقای رفتارهای ایمن ترافیکی دانش آموزان دختر مدارس ابتدایی شهر تبریز بود. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه کارآزمایی شاهددار تصادفی بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل 75 دانش آموز پایه چهارم ابتدایی از 2 مدرسه دولتی دخترانه بود که به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. دانش آموزان پرسشنامه مبتنی بر الگوی پرسید-پروسید را قبل و یک ماه بعد از مداخله آموزشی تکمیل نمودند. مداخله شامل 6 جلسه آموزشی بود که در مدارس گروه آزمون اجرا گردید. یافته‌ها در نسخه 18 نرم افزار SPSS و با استفاده از آزمون‌های فیشر، کای اسکوئر، تی‌مستقل و تی‌زوجی تحلیل و بررسی گردید. یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی شرکت کنندگان در پژوهش 0.68±10.11 بود. تفاوت معنی‌داری در خصوص متغیرهای دموگرافیک قبل از مداخله آموزشی بین دو گروه مشاهده نشد (P>0.05). نتایج نشان دهنده وجود تفاوت معنی‌دار در میانگین نمرات آگاهی، نگرش، عوامل مستعد کننده، عوامل قادر کننده، عوامل تقویت کننده و عملکرد در گروه آزمون پس از مداخله آموزشی نسبت به گروه کنترل بود (P< 0.05). نتیجه‌گیری: مداخله آموزشی بر اساس الگوی پرسید-پروسید می‌تواند سبب ارتقای رفتارهای ایمن ترافیکی دانش آموزان گردد.

عنوان انگلیسی The Effect of Educational Intervention Based on PRECEDE-PROCEED Model on Promoting Traffic Safety Behaviors in Primary Schools Students of Tabriz in 2014
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Pedestrian injuries are a public health problem and one of the major victims of road traffic injuries are children. Education is one of the most important strategies to solve traffic problems. To achieve effective results, education should be defined on the basis of theories and models. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of PRECEDE-PROCEED based intervention for promoting traffic safety behaviors in elementary schools students of Tabriz. Materials and Methods: This study was a randomized controlled trial. The sample included 75 elementary students who were randomly selected from two different schools. Data was collected using a questionnaire including the PRECEDE-PROCEED model constructs and demographic variables. Participants completed questionnaires before and one month after intervention. The intervention consisted of six sessions and was conducted in experimental group schools. The data were analyzed with fisher’s exact test, chi square, t-test and paired t-test, using SPSS-18 software. Results: The average age of participants was 10.11 ± 0.68 years. There was no significant differences in demographic variables between the two groups before the intervention (P>0.05). The findings showed that after the educational intervention, significant differences were observed in knowledge, attitude, enabling factors, reinforcing factors and behavior scores in the experimental group compared to the control group. Conclusions: An educational intervention based on the PRECEDE-PROCEED model could promote students’ traffic safety behaviors.
