عنوان فارسی اثربخشی آموزش مبتنی بر مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی در اتخاذ رفتارهای پیشگیری کننده از سرطان پستان در بین معلمین زن شهر زاهدان
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: رفتارهای پیشگیری کننده از قبیل انجام آزمون‌های غربالگری نقش مهمی در پیشگیری و کنترل بیماری سرطان پستان دارند. لذا، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مبتنی بر مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی در اتخاذ رفتارهای پیشگیری‌کننده از سرطان پستان در بین معلمین زن شهر زاهدان انجام گردید. مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه نیمه‌تجربی بود که بر روی240 نفر (120 نفر گروه مداخله و 120 نفر گروه کنترل) از معلمین مدارس راهنمایی شهر زاهدان انجام گردید. پرسشنامه شامل اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی، آگاهی و سازه‌های مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی بود که از طریق خودگزارش‌دهی تکمیل گردید. برنامه آموزشی مبتنی بر مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی در طی 5 جلسه از طریق سخنرانی، فیلم آموزشی، پرسش و پاسخ و بحث گروهی برای شرکت‌کنندگان گروه مداخله اجرا شد. پرسشنامه‌ها قبل و 2 ماه بعد از انجام مداخله در دو گروه جمع‌آوری گردید. داده‌ها با نرم افزار SPSS-15 و با آزمون‌های تی‌مستقل، کای‌اسکوئر و رگرسیون خطی چند متغیره مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: نتایج حاکی از آن بود که قبل از مداخله آموزشی تفاوت معنی‌داری در میانگین نمره آگاهی، عملکرد و سازه‌های مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی در دو گروه وجود نداشت، اما بعد از مداخله آموزشی، میانگین نمرات متغیرهای مورد بررسی در گروه مداخله افزایش معنی‌داری یافته بود(P< 0.05). نتیجه گیری: مطالعه حاضر کارآیی مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی را در ارتقاء رفتارهای پیشگیری کننده از سرطان پستان تایید نمود. از این رو مداخلات آموزشی با تاکید بر افزایش آگاهی، تغییر باورها و بهبود خودکارآمدی در رابطه با سرطان پستان پیشنهاد می گردد.

عنوان انگلیسی Effectiveness of Education Based on the Health Belief Model on Performing Preventive Measures for Breast Cancer Among Female Teachers in Zahedan
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Preventive behaviors such as screening tests have an important role in prevention and control of breast cancer. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the effect of educational programs on preventive behaviors of breast cancer based on the health belief model among female teachers of guidance schools in Zahedan city. Materials and Methods: This quasi-experimental study was performed on 240 female teachers from (120 participants in each of the control and intervention groups) Zahedan guidance schools. The data-gathering tool was a multipart questionnaire containing demographic variables, knowledge and health belief model structures. An educational program was performed based on the health belief model in five sessions through lectures, training videos, question and answer session for participants in the intervention group. Questionnaires were filled before and two months after the intervention in the two groups. Data was analyzed by independent T-test, chi-square and multiple linear regressions using SPSS-15 software. Results: There was no meaningful difference in the mean scores of knowledge, health belief model constructs, and performance between the two groups before the educational intervention, but the mean scores of variables increased significantly after the intervention (P< 0.05). Conclusion: The health belief model was effective to promote preventive behaviors. Hence, educational interventions with an emphasis on raising awareness, change in beliefs and improving self-efficacy regarding breast cancer are recommended
