عنوان فارسی تاثیر آموزش بر درک پرستاران بخش مراقبت‏های ویژه در مورد موانع تبعیت از استانداردهای کنترل عفونت: یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی سازی شده
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: تبعیت از استانداردهای کنترل عفونت نیاز به آموزش مداوم پرستاران دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر آموزش استانداردهای عمومی کنترل عفونت بیمارستانی بر درک پرستاران بخش مراقبت ویژه درمورد موانع تبعیت از استانداردهای عمومی کنترل عفونت انجام‏گرفته است. روش کار: یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی سازی شده با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون روی 30 پرستار بخش‏ مراقبت‏های ویژه در گروه کنترل و آزمون در دو بیمارستان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان اجرا گردید. ابزار پژوهش، پرسش‏نامه ای‏ پژوهشگرساخته ای بود که نظر پرستاران را در مورد موانع تبعیت از استانداردهای عمومی کنترل عفونت در مقیاس 0 تا 9 می‏سنجید. اعتبار پرسش‏نامه توسط پانل متخصصین و پایایی با آزمون- بازآزمون (82/0 = r ) و آلفای کرونباخ 79/0 مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. این پرسش ‎ ‏نامه قبل و بعد از آموزش توسط پرستاران دو گروه تکمیل گردید. از آزمون های فریدمن، کروسکال‏والیس و من‏ویتنی برای تحلیل داده‏ها با اطمینان 95/0 استفاده گردید. یافته ها: تمامی شرکت‏ کنندگان دو گروه از لحاظ ویژگی های مورد بررسی اختلاف معنی داری نداشتند (05/0< p ). میانگین نمرات درک پرستاران از موانع رعایت استانداردهای کنترل عفونت در گروه آزمون و کنترل در ابتدای مطالعه از نظر آماری معنادار نبود. اما 14 و 30 روز پس از آموزش، میانگین نمرات درک در پرستاران گروه آزمون در رابطه با موانع رعایت استانداردها‏ی کنترل عفونت تفاوت معنی داری داشت (05/0> p ). نتیجه نهایی: آموزش بر درک پرستاران مراقبت ویژه از موانع تبعیت از استانداردهای عمومی کنترل عفونت تاثیر مثبت داشته‏است. بنابراین آموزش مداوم به پرستاران در این زمینه پیشنهاد می‏گردد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background: The most important factors in the prevention of nosocomial infections are considering the infection control standards with short term and continuing education for nurses. This study was conducted to determine the effect of education on impediments of adherence of intensive care nurses from infection control standards. Methods: A randomized clinical trial was carried out with two group design pre and post-test control group including 30 nurses of intensive care units of hospitals of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences by theoretical and clionical lectures, focus group discussion and practical workshops in the intensive care units. The research tool was a researcher asking the nurses about impediments of adherence to infection control standards by measuring with a scale from 0 to 9 . The r eliability and validity of the questionnaire was determined by expert panels, the test - retest (r = 0.82) and Cronbach Alpha (0. 79). The questionnaires were completed by nurses in both the test and control groups before and after education. Statistical analysis was done by Friedman, Kruskal-Wallis and Man-Witni test. Result: There were not significant different among participants in two groups (p< 0.05). The mean scores of nurses' perceptions about adherence impediments in test and control groups at baseline were not statistically significant. But 14 and 30 days after education, the mean increased in nurses' perception about adherence impediments in test group (p< 0.05). Conclusion: The education about infection control standards had a positive impact on nurses’ perception about adherence impediments. So the training of infection control standards is recommended short term and continiously .
