عنوان فارسی اختلالات عملکرد جنسی زنان در قبل و بعد از یائسگی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه و هدف: غریزه جنسی که منشا بسیاری از تحولات در زندگی انسان می باشد می تواند متاثر از عوامل متعددی دچار اختلال شود. این مطالعه با هدف توزیع فراوانی اختلالات جنسی زنان در قبل و بعد از یائسگی طراحی شده است. روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع تحلیلی ، مقطعی می باشد که در آن اطلاعات مربوط به فعالیتهای جنسی در قبل و بعد از یائسگی 174 زن همسردار یائسه مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر اصفهان در سال 1382 جمع آوری و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روش جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه اختلالات جنسی خود ساخته شده بود که روایی و پایائی آن با روش اعتبار محتوا و ضریب آلفاکرونباخ تعیین شد و نتایج حاصله با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و آزمون آماری توصیفی و استنباطی (مک نمار) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج: نتایج این پژوهش نشان دادکه فراوانی نسبی اختلالات جنسی در دوران باروری 38درصد ، و در دوران یائسگی 4/72درصد می باشد.همچنین ارتباط آماری معنی داری بین اختلالات جنسی در قبل و بعد از یائسگی وجود دارد (001/0 < P ) . توزیع فراوانی اختلالات جنسی در دوره باروری این زنان بر اساس شدت اختلال عبارت است از اختلال در فاز تمایل (2/49 درصد)، دیسپارونی (3/34 درصد)، اختلال در فاز برانگیختگی (8/26 درصد)،اختلال در فاز ارگاسم(8/23 درصد) و واژینیسموس (4/16 درصد). توزیع فراوانی این اختلالات در دوره یائسگی آنها به ترتیب عبارست است از اختلال در فاز برانگیختگی (3/75 درصد)، اختلال در فاز تمایل (6/62 درصد)، اختلال در فاز ارگاسم (3/56 درصد)، دیسپارونی (9/34 درصد) و واژینیسموس (8/15 درصد). نتیجه نهایی: همان طور که نتایج پژوهش نشان داد درصد قابل توجهی از زنان در سنین باروری و یائسگی اختلالات جنسی را تجربه می کنند و پدیده یائسگی می تواند عاملی در جهت ایجاد، تداوم و یا مضاعف شدن اختلالات جنسی باشد.لذا بر نقش متخصصین مربوط به این امور در زمینه مشاوره و آموزش تأکید می شود.

عنوان انگلیسی A Study on Women’s Sexual Functioning Disorders before and after Menopause
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction & Objective: Sexual instinct which is the cause of numerous changes in one’s life could be influenced with numerous factors such as menopause and aging. This study was focused on comparison of women’s sexual functioning disorders before and after menopause. Materials & Methods: This is a analytic cross sectional study in which the data related to before and after menopause sexual activities of 174 married women (living with their spouses) , referring to health centers in Isfahan in 2003 and being qualified to enter the study , were collected and investigated. The data were collected by self constructed sexual dysfunction inventory in that reliability and validity were reached by content validity and a chorenbach index. The findings were investigated and analyzed through descriptive and inferential (MC – Nemar) statistical tests by spss. Results: The findings showed that relative frequency of sexual functioning disorders in productive period was 38% and in menopausal period as 72.4%. There was a significant association between sexual functioning disorders before and after menopausal period (P< 0.001). Frequency distribution of sexual functioning disorders in productive period of these women in according to severity of disorders are include: sexual disire disorder (49.2%), dyspareunia (34.3%), Arousal dysfunction (26.8%), orgasmic dysfunction (23.8%), and vaginismus (16.4%). Frequency distribution of sexual functioning disorders in monopausal period of these women are include: Arousal dysfunction(75.3%) sexual disire disorder (62.6%), orgasmic dysfunction(56.3%), dyspareunia (34.9%) and vaginismus (15.8%). Conclusions: As revealed by the findings of the study,a high percentage of women experience sexual functioning disorders in productive and menopausal periods Menopause can be a cause to occur, or continue there disorders. The role of related experts in respect to conselling and education is emphasized.
