عنوان فارسی ارزیابی تاثیر جلیقه خنک کننده ایرانی حاوی ماده تغییر فاز بر روی شاخص های استرین درشرایط آب و هوایی گرم و مرطوب خلیج فارس
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: مواجهه با گرما یکی عوامل زیان آور محیط های کار است. مواجهه کارگران با دمای بالای محیط موجب بروز استرین حرارتی هستند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی قابلیت خنک کنندگی جلیقه ایرانی حاوی بسته های ماده تغییر فاز در شرایط گرم و مرطوب خلیج فارس بود. روش کار: مطالعه مداخله ای حاضر بر روی 6 نفر از دریانوردان بخش موتورخانه یک کشتی نفتکش در تابستان سال 92 انجام گرفت. شاخص نمره استرین گرمایی ، دمای دهانی و فشار خون افراد، در هر دو حالت با و بدون استفاده از جلیقه خنک کننده به مدت دو ساعت، اندازه گیری شد و داده ها با استفاده از آزمون t زوجی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.. یافته ها: میانگین دمای دهانی در دقیقه سی ام مواجهه با گرما برابر °C 22/0±98/36 در وضعیت بدون جلیقه خنک کننده و °C 2/0±68/36 در وضعیت با جلیقه خنک کننده بود(035/0p<). و در دقیقه شصتم مواجهه با گرما میانگین دمای دهانی در وضعیت بدون جلیقه خنک کننده برابر °C 25/0±06/37 در وضعیت با جلیقه خنک کننده برابر و °C 16/0±78/36 بود(042/0p<) بدست آمد هم چنین شاخص نمره استرین گرمایی بدون استفاده از جلیقه خنک کننده 03 /3±72/12 و در حالت استفاده از جلیقه خنک کننده 9/2±65/8 بدست امد (039/0p ). نتیجه گیری: یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که جلیقه خنک کننده حاوی بسته های ماده تغییر فاز ایرانی موجب کاهش استرین گرمایی (دمای دهانی و گرمای درک شده ) در شرایط آب و هوایی گرم و مرطوب خلیج فارس می شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Effect of Iranian cooling vests with phase change material packs on heat strain indices in hot/ humid conditions in Persian Gulf
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract Background: Heat exposure is one of the harmful agents at work environments. Workers in high temperature environments are susceptible to heat strain. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the performance of Iranian cooling vests containing phase change material in hot and humid conditions in the Persian Gulf. Materials and Methods: This interventional study carried out on 6 subjects of oil tanker ship's engine room staff in summer in 2013. The Heat Strain Score Index (HSSI), oral temperature and blood pressure measured with and without the cooling vest wearing for two hours, and data were analyzed by paired t test. Results: The mean oral temperature were 36.98± 0.22 °C (without cooling vest) and were 36.68± 0.68°C (cooling vest) at 30th minutes in heat exposure. The mean oral temperature were 37.06± 0.25 °C (without cooling vest) and were 36.78± 0.16°C (cooling vest) at 60th minutes in heat exposure. (p < 0.042) and also HSSI was 12.72 ±3.03 (without cooling vest) and 8.65 ±2.9 (with cooling vest) (p < 0.039) but the mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure were not significant statistically with and without the use of cooling vests (p>0.05). Conclusion: Our findings showed that cooling vests with phase change material packs reducing heat strain (oral temperature and perceptual heat) in hot and humid climates in Persian Gulf
