چکیده فارسی مقاله Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE AR-SA MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 مقدمه: خستگی ذهنی عبارت است از خسته شدن جسم یا روح که می‌تواند بر اثر استرس، کار زیاد، مصرف زیاد دارو و یا بیماری جسمی یا روحی ایجاد شود. خستگی از عوامل کاهنده بهره‌وری و نیز بروز حوادث است. بنابراین، اندازه‌گیری آن اهمیت دارد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان همخوانی اندازه‌گیری خستگی ذهنی بر اساس نتایج مقیاس خوداظهاری VAS و دستگاه فلیکرفیوژن انجام گرفته است. مواد و روش­ها: یک مطالعه مقطعی روی 30 نفر از دانشجویان انجام شد. پس از آنکه شرکت‌کنندگان وظایف فکری را (حل تمرینات ریاضی و پاسخ‌دهی به پرسشنامه MMPI انجام دادند، خستگی ذهنی آنها با استفاده از مقیاس خوداظهاری VAS و دستگاه فلیکرفیوژن اندازه‌گیری و نتایج آن به‌وسیله آزمون تی‌زوجی و ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن (سطح معنی داری کمتر از05/0) در نرم افزار SPSS V11.5 آنالیز شد. یافته­ ها: نتایج اندازه‌گیری با هر دو روش مقیاس خوداظهاری VAS و دستگاه فلیکرفیوژن نشان داد، خستگی ذهنی پس از انجام هر یک از وظایف فکری نام‌برده افزایش معنی‌دار می‌یابد. اما نتایج دو روش با یکدیگر همخوانی ندارند. نتیجه ­گیری: با توجه به اینکه مقیاس خوداظهاری VAS یک روش ذهنی (سابجکتیو) است، به‌نظر می‌رسد عدم‌همخوانی دو روش، بیشتر مربوط به ناکارآمدی این مقیاس باشد. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود بررسی مجدد با روش‌های دقیق‌تر مانند الکتروآنسفالوگرام صورت گیرد. /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal" mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0 mso-tstyle-colband-size:0 mso-style-noshow:yes mso-style-priority:99 mso-style-qformat:yes mso-style-parent:"" mso-padding-alt:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt mso-para-margin-top:0cm mso-para-margin-right:0cm mso-para-margin-bottom:10.0pt mso-para-margin-left:0cm line-height:115% mso-pagination:widow-orphan font-size:11.0pt font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif" mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman" mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin mso-bidi-font-family:Arial mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi}

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the Consistency of Mental Fatigue Measurements by Visual Analog Scale (VAS) and Flicker Fusion Apparatus
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Mental fatigue is defined as body or soul tiredness which can be caused by stress, overwork, excessive use of drugs or physical or mental illnesses. Fatigue is one of the reasons of productivity loss as well as occurring accidents. Therefore, mental fatigue measurement is of great importance. This study was aimed to determine the consistency of mental fatigue measurement by self-reported VAS and the flicker fusion apparatus. Material and Methods: A descriptive study was conducted on 30 students. After they had accomplished mental tasks (i.e. mathematical problem solving and responding to MMPI questionnaire), mental fatigued was measured by self-reported VAS and flicker fusion apparatus. To analyze the results, paired sample T-test and Spearman correlation test were applied in SPSS software version 11.5 (P< 0.05). Findings: The results of mental fatigue measurements by both methods of self-reported VAS and the flicker fusion apparatus showed significant increase in mental fatigue after finishing each of the mental tasks. But the findings revealed no consistency between the two methods. Conclusion: Since self-reported VAS is a subjective technique, it seems that the lack of consistency between the two methods is due to its inefficiency in the mental fatigue measurement. Therefore, further studies with more precise methods such as EEG is suggested.
