عنوان فارسی مطالعه شاخص توانایی کار (WAI) و ارتباط آن با ویژگی های فردی در آتشنشان ها
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: ارزیابی توانایی جسمانی کارکنان برای انجام کار، حایز اهمیت بوده و آتشنشانی یکی از شغل های حیاتی است؛ لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی شاخص توانایی کار و شناسایی برخی از عوامل موثر بر آن در آتشنشان ها صورت گرفت. روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی با حضور 101 نفر از آتشنشان های سطح شهر زاهدان در سال 1397 انجام شد. افراد به روش سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. جمع آوری اطلاعات به کمک یک پرسشنامه دو قسمتی (اطلاعات جمعیت­ شناختی و شاخص توانایی کار WAI) انجام شده و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نیز با استفاده از نسخه 24 نرم افزار SPSS انجام شد. یافته ­ها: میانگین سن و سابقه کار آتشنشان های مورد مطالعه به ترتیب، 6/70±34/18 و 6/79±8/47 سال بود. تنها 18 نفر (17/8 درصد) از آتشنشان ها مجرد بوده و بیشتر افراد حداقل یک بار در هفته ورزش می کردند. میانگین نمره WAI در این مطالعه 3/56±44/33 بوده و بیشتر آن ها در محدوده عالی قرار داشتند. با افزایش سن و سابقه کاری، WAI کاهش یافته؛ همچنین ارتباط معناداری بین وضعیت تاهل و ورزش هفتگی با WAI وجود داشت. نتیجه گیری: به طور کلی وضعیت آتشنشان های مورد بررسی، از لحاظ توانایی انجام کار مطلوب بود. با این حال با توجه به ارتباطی که بین ویژگی های فردی و این شاخص وجود داشت، لازم است وظایف افراد مسن تر و با سابقه کاری بیشتر تعدیل شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Study of Work Ability Index (WAI) and Its Association with Demographic Characteristics Among Firefighters
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Assessing the workability of employees is very important, and firefighting is one of the critical jobs. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the work ability index (WAI), and identify some effective factors among firefighters. Methods: This cross-sectional study was carried out with participation of 101 firefighters in Zahedan, Iran in 2018. Subjects were included in the study by census method. Data were collected using a two-part questionnaire (demographic information and WAI items), and data analysis was performed using SPSS 24. Results: The mean of age and work experience of the subjects were 34.18±6.70 and 8.47±6.79 years, respectively. Only 18 individuals (17.8%) were single, and most of them exercised at least once a week. The mean score of WAI was 44.33±3.56 and most of the subjects were in the excellent range. With increasing age and work experience, WAI decreased, and there was also a significant relationship between marital status and weekly exercise with WAI. Conclusions: In general, the condition of the firefighters was favorable in terms of workability. However, due to the relationship between personal characteristics and WAI, it is necessary to adjust the duties of older people with more work experience.
