عنوان فارسی بررسی علائم و نشانه های چشمی در بیماران مبتلا به آلزایمر
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف:بیماران مبتلا به آلزایمر دچار اختلال عملکرد بینایی حتی در مراحل اولیه بیماری می‌شوند. در این راستا، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین علائم و نشانه‌های چشمی در بیماران مبتلا به آلزایمر و مقایسه آن با گروه کنترل انجام شد. مواد و روش‌‌ها:در این مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی 19بیمار مبتلا به آلزایمر و 19 فرد سالم از نظر شناختی مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان فرشچیان (سینا) همدان طی سال‌های 1399تا 1400 تحت معاینات چشمی شامل بررسی حدت بینایی با چارت اسنلن، معاینه با اسلیت لامپ،فوندوسکوپی، ارزیابی حساسیت به کنتراست، تستدید رنگ،تحلیل حرکات چشمی و بررسی رفلکس نوری مردمک قرار گرفتند. از شبکیه چشم افراد هر دو گروه نیز تصاویر OCTتهیه شد. با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSSنسخه 16 و آزمون مربع کای داده‌ها تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها:در افراد مبتلا به آلزایمر کاهش معنادار حدت بینایی (006/0P= و 003/0P= برای چشم راست و چپ)، حساسیت به کنتراست (001/0P˂)، اختلال در دید رنگی (016/0P=)، افزایش نسبت CUP TO DISK، کاهش قطر عروق خونی در ناحیه تمپورال هر دو چشم (001/0P˂)، اختلال در حرکات چشمی (001/0P˂) و اختلال در رفلکس نوری مردمک (001/0P˂) دیده شد. کاهش قابل ملاحظه در حجم و ضخامت ماکولا نیز در افراد مبتلا به آلزایمر در مقایسه با افراد سالم مشاهده شد (001/0P˂). در بین افراد دو گروه اختلاف معناداری در بروزاستحاله سنی ماکولا (ARMD)، کاتاراکت و سودواکسفولاسیون دیده نشد. نتیجه‌گیری:بیماران مبتلا به آلزایمر نتایج غیرطبیعی در معاینات چشمی داشتند. بررسی‌های بیشتر ممکن است به یافتن علائمی برای تعیین عوامل پیش‌بینی‌کننده آلزایمر کمک کند.

عنوان انگلیسی Evaluation of Visual Signs and Symptoms in Patients with Alzheimer's Disease
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objective:Patients with Alzheimer's disease have impaired visual function even in the early stages of the disease. Therefore, the present study aimed to determine the visual signs and symptoms in patients with Alzheimer's disease and compare them with those in the control group. Materials and Methods:This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 19 Alzheimer patients and 19 cognitively healthy people referring to Farshchian Sina Hospital, Hamadan in 2020-2021. They underwent visual examinations, including visual acuity, slit lamp exam, fundoscopy,contrast sensitivity assessed by CVS-1000 test, color perception test, investigating eye movements, and pupillary light reflex. Moreover,  OCT images were taken from all patients and the control group to measure macular thickness and volume. The data were analyzed in SPSS software (version 16) using X2 statistical test. Results:A significant reduction in visual acuity (P=0.006 for the right eye and P=0.003 for left eye), contrast sensitivity (P˂ 0.001), impaired color vision (P=0.016), increased cup to disk ratio (P˂0.001 for both eyes), reduction in temporal vascular diameter of both eyes (P˂0.001), disturbed movement (P=0.001), and sluggish pupillary light reflex (P˂0.001) were observed in patients with Alzheimer disease. Moreover, a significant reduction was detected in macular thickness and volume, especially in the inferior quadrant, in patients with Alzheimer's, as compared to the healthy group (P˂0.001). Nonetheless, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of age-related macular degeneration, cataracts, and pseudoexfoliation. Conclusion:Patients with Alzheimer's disease have abnormal results on eye examinations.
