عنوان فارسی مقایسه ریسک ابتلا به اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی در میان دانش آموزان عادی و کم شنوا شهرستان ایلام
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: پوسچر نامناسب نشستن دانش‌آموزان بر روی نیمکت‌های کلاسی می‌تواند منجر به بروز درد و اختلالات اسکلتی- عضلانی گردد. معلولیت‌های شنوایی و بینایی می‌تواند از دلایل وضعیت نامناسب نشستن در دانش‌آموزان باشد. از این رو، هدف مطالعه حاضر، مقایسه ریسک ابتلا به اختلالات اسکلتی- عضلانی در دانش‌آموزان شهرستان ایلام در نظر گرفته شد. روش کار: تعداد 20 نفر از دانش‌آموزان کم‌شنوا (مورد) و 40 نفر از دانش‌آموزان با شنوایی طبیعی (شاهد) از دبستان‌های شهرستان ایلام در هر دو جنسیت به شیوه تصادفی وارد مطالعه شدند. بدترین پوسچر ثبت شده از وضعیت نشستن دانش‌آموزان بر روی نیمکت به روش RULA ارزیابی شد. از نرم‌افزار Digimizer برای بررسی زوایای بدن دانش‌آموزان در هنگام نشستن بر روی صندلی استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها توسط نرم‌افزارSPSS  نسخه 22 در سطح اطمینان 95% انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج ارزیابی پوسچر نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری بین امتیاز RULA میان دو گروه مورد و شاهد وجود داشت (001/0=P-value). انحراف از زوایای طبیعی بدن در دانش‌آموزان مورد بیشتر از گروه شاهد به دست آمد (001/0>P-value) که ارتباط مستقیم و معناداری با افزایش ریسک ابتلا به اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی نشان داد. نتیجه­‌گیری: احتمال بروز اختلالات اسکلتی- عضلانی در دانش‌آموزان کم‌شنوا در مقایسه با دانش‌آموزان دارای شنوایی طبیعی بیشتر بود که به دنبال افزایش در انحراف از زوایای طبیعی بدن و حفظ پوسچرهای نامناسب اتفاق می‌افتد. با توجه به محدودیت تعداد افراد نمونه، انجام مطالعات بیشتر با هدف مشابه و انجام مداخلات در اصلاح پوسچر دانش‌­آموزان کم‌شنوا توصیه می‌­شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Comparison of the risk of musculoskeletal disorders among typical and hard of hearing students in Ilam city
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: inappropriate sitting posture on a bench may be the reason for pain and musculoskeletal disorders in students. Hearing and vision disabilities can be caused by inappropriate sitting postures by students. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to compare the risk of musculoskeletal disorders in typical and hard-of-hearing students in Ilam city. Methods: 20 students with hard of hearing (case) and 40 students with typical hearing (control) from primary schools in Ilam city in both genders were randomly included in the study. The worst recorded sitting posture of students on the bench was evaluated by the RULA method. Digitizer software was used to survey the body angles of the students while sitting on the bench. The SPSS software v.22 was used for analyzing of obtained data in 95% confidence interval. Results: The results of the posture evaluation showed that there was a significant difference in RULA scores between the case and control groups (P-value=0.001). Deviation from the natural angles of the body in the case groups was more than in the control group (P-value < 0.001), which has a direct and significant relationship with the increased risk of musculoskeletal disorders. Conclusion: Musculoskeletal disorder's possibility incidence was more in hard-of-hearing students compared to typical students, which was observed following an increase in deviation from the natural angles of the body and inappropriate postures. The limitation of the sample size in the present study recommended the necessity of further research with the same goal and navigated intervention studies to correct the posture of hard-of-hearing students.
