طراحی و بررسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی پرسشنامه نیازسنجی مشکلات آموزشی و توانبخشی کودکان دارای نشانگان داون-فرم درمانگر: پژوهش ترکیبی |

سابقه و هدف: نشانگان داون، موجب ایجاد مشکلات مختلفی در کودکان مبتلا می‌شود و این امر سبب می‌گردد، این گروه از کودکان نیازهای آموزشی و توانبخشی منحصر به فردی داشته باشند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و بررسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی پرسش‌نامه‌ی نیازسنجی مشکلات آموزشی و توانبخشی کودکان دارای نشانگان داون انجام گرفت. مواد و روش‌‌ها: روش پژوهش از نوع ترکیبی بود. جامعه‌ی آماری بخش کیفی، شامل درمانگران کودکان دارای نشانگان داون در سال 1400 در شهر اصفهان بود. بدین منظور، 20 نفر از درمانگران این حوزه به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی نیز حجم نمونه، 150 نفر در نظر گرفته شد که به شیوه‌ی نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش در مرحله‌ی کیفی، مصاحبه‌ی نیمه ساختاریافته و در بخش کمی «پرسش‌نامه‌ی نیازسنجی کودکان دارای نشانگان داون- فرم درمانگر» بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات در بخش کیفی، تمام مصاحبه‌ها روی کاغذ پیاده شد و سپس تمام موضوعات مهم در چند مرحله، کدگذاری گردید. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل بخش کمی پژوهش، روایی محتوایی، تحلیل مواد، همسانی درونی و بازآزمایی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل کیفی مصاحبه‌ها نشان داد که نیازهای این کودکان در 6 دسته‌ی شناختی، زبانی، حرکتی، اجتماعی و هیجانی، یادگیری و آموزش و مهارت‌های زندگی روزمره قرار می‌گیرد. حداقل و حداکثر (Content validity ratio) CVR برابر با 0/8 و 1 می‌باشد و (Content validity index) CVI نیز برابر با 0/97 برآورد گردید. نتایج حاصل از همبستگی گویه‌ها با نمره‌ی کل مقیاس، بیانگر آن است که همه‌ی گویه‌ها، همبستگی معنی‌داری با نمره‌ی کل دارند. تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی وجود 6 عاملی با بار عاملی قابل قبول را تأیید کرد. همچنین ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 0/77 بود. ضریب بازآزمایی نیز برابر با 0/73 به دست آمد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که پرسشنامه از ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی قابل قبولی برخوردار است و می‌توان از آن در فعالیت‌های پژوهشی و توانبخشی بهره برد. |

Designing and Studying the Psychometric Properties of Needs Assessment Questionnaire of Educational and Rehabilitation Problems in Children with Down Syndrome-Therapist Form: A Mixed Research |

Background and Objectives: Down syndrome causes various problems in children, and this makes this group of children require unique educational and rehabilitation care. The present study aimed to design and evaluate the psychometric properties of the Needs Assessment Questionnaire of Educational and Rehabilitation Problems in Children with Down Syndrome. Materials and Methods: This study incorporated a combined research method. The statistical population of the qualitative part included Therapists of children with Down Syndrome in 2021 in Isfahan. Twenty therapists were selected intentionally. In the quantitative part, 150 people were selected using random sampling method. The research tools were semi-structured interviews in the qualitative stage, and "Needs Assessment Questionnaire for children with Down syndrome- therapist form" in the quantitative stage. To analyze the data of qualitative part, all interviews were transcribed and the main themes were encoded in several stages. To analyze the data of quantitative part, the content validity, were investigated by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient and retest, respectively. Results: The results of qualitative analysis of the interviews showed that the needs of these children fall into six categories: cognitive, linguistic, motor, social and emotional, learning and teaching, and daily life skills. The minimum and maximum CVR are 0.8 and 1; CVI was estimated to be 0.97. The results of the correlation of items with the total score of the scale indicate that all items have a significant correlation with the total score. Exploratory factor analysis confirmed the existence of 6 factors with acceptable factor load. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was also 0.77. The coefficient of test interval was 0.73. Conclusions: The results showed that the questionnaire for children with Down syndrome-therapist form" had acceptable psychometric properties and can be used for research and rehabilitation purposes. |
