عنوان فارسی برآورد بار حوادث شغلی شهرستان کاشان با استفاده از شاخص DALY
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف: بر اساس گزارش سازمان بین المللی کار (ILO)، حوادث شغلی بیشترین مصائب انسانی و غرامت اقتصادی را به همراه دارد. هزینه های اقتصادی حوادث فقط بر عهده قربانیان نیست. بلکه شرکت های مربوطه و دولت نیز متضرر ان می شوند. هدف از این مطالعه برآورد بار حوادث شغلی رخ داده در شهرستان کاشان می باشد. مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش مقطعی به صورت سالانه بر روی جمعیت شاغل شهرستان کاشان انجام شده است. به منظور جمع آوری داده ها از کلیه اطلاعات مربوط به حوادث شغلی ثبت شده در اداره کار، تعاون و امور اجتماعی شهرستان کاشان استفاده شد. از روش سازمان بهداشت جهانی برای براورد بار حوادث شغلی استفاده شد. از نرم افزار Excel برای تخمین تعداد سال های از دست رفته به دلیل مرگ و ناتوانی زودهنگام و کل سال های از دست رفته زندگی با توجه به ارزش های اجتماعی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که در طول دوره مورد مطالعه 407 حادثه رخ داده است. تعداد کل موارد DALY در مطالعه حاضر 138/523 سال است. از این تعداد 308 سال (58%) مربوط به YLL و 218/138 مابقی مربوط به YLD می باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به تعداد بالای سال‌های از دست رفته به دلیل ناتوانی ناشی از حوادث شغلی، این مطالعه اهمیت ارائه خدمات بهداشت حرفه‌ای در صنایع را برای محافظت از نیروی انسانی در برابر حوادث شغلی نشان می‌دهد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objective: According to the International Labor Organization (ILO), occupational accidents cause the greatest human hardship and economic compensation. The economic costs of accidents are not only borne by the victims. The relevant companies and the government also suffer. The purpose of this study is to estimate the burden of occupational accidents in Kashan city. Material and Method: This cross-sectional research has been conducted in the working population of Kashan city. In order to collect data, all information related to occupational accidents registered in the Department of Labor, Cooperation and Social Affairs of Kashan was used. burden of occupational accidents calculated Using the method of the World Health Organization. Moreover, Excel software was utilized to estimate the number of years lost due to early death and disability, and the overall years of life lost regarding the social values. Result: The results showed that 407 accidents occurred during the study period. the total number of DALY cases in the present study is 523.138 years. Out of them 308 years (58%) are related to YLL and the remaining 218/138 are related to YLD. Conclusion: Given the high number of years of life lost due to disability caused by occupational accidents, this study highlights the importance of providing occupational health services in industries to protect human resources against occupational accidents
