عنوان فارسی بررسی تاثیر برنامه حرکتی اسپارک و موسیقی بر رفتارهای کلیشه ای کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه:حرکات کلیشه‏ای یکی از علائم اصلی درکودکان مبتلا به اوتیسم میباشد و می‏تواند باعث اختلال در زندگی روزمره کودک شود. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی تاثیر برنامه حرکتی اسپارک و موسیقی‌ بر رفتار کلیشه‌ای کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه یک پژوهش نیمه تجربی از نوع قبل و بعد بود. نمونه مورد مطالعه 20 کودک 5 تا 12 سال دارای اختلال اوتیسم شهر بروجرد بود که بر اساس معیارهای ورود وارد مطالعه شدند. ابتدا میزان رفتارهای کلیشه‏ای توسط مقیاسGARS سنجیده شد. سپس مداخله شامل 24 جلسه برنامه حرکتی اسپارک به همراه موسیقی‌ به مدت 8 هفته و هر هفته 3 جلسه 45 دقیقه‌ای انجام شد. مجددا ابزار بلافاصله و یک ماه پس از مداخله تکمیل و نتایج به دست آمده با نتایج پیش آزمون مقایسه گردید. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 22 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: بنابر آماره آنالیز واریانس با اندازه‏های تکراری، بین میانگین نمره رفتار کلیشه‏ای قبل از مداخله، بلافاصله بعد از مداخله و یک ماه بعد از مداخله تفاوت معنی دار آماری وجود داشت (0001/0p= ،6/12= (19، 1) F). نتیجه‏گیری: نتایج نشان داد که برنامه حرکتی اسپارک و موسیقی می تواند در کاهش رفتارهای کلیشه‏ای کودکان مبتلا به طیف اوتیسم موثر باشد. بنابراین با توجه به ساده، موثر و ارزان بودن این مداخلات توصیه میشود به عنوان راهکاری برای کاهش رفتارهای کلیشه‏ای استفاده شود.

عنوان انگلیسی The effect of Spark motion program and music on stereobehavior of children with autism spectrum disorder
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Stereotyped movements are one of the main symptoms in children with autism and can cause disruption in the daily life of the child. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of Spark exercise program and music on stereotyped behavior of children with autism spectrum disorder. Materials and methods: This study was a quasi-experimental study before and after. The study sample consisted of 20 children aged 5 to 12 years with autism in Boroujerd who were included in the study according to the inclusion criteria. stereotyped behaviors were measured by the GARS Scale. Then the intervention consisted of 24 sessions of Spark exercise program with music, for 8 weeks and 3 sessions of 45 minutes per week. Instruments completed immediately and one month after the intervention and the results were compared with the pre-test results. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 22. Results: According to the analysis of variance with repeated measures, there was a statistically significant difference between the mean score of stereotyped behavior before the intervention, immediately after the intervention and one month after the intervention(p = 0.0001, F (1,19)=12.6).          Conclusion:The results showed that spark and music program can be effective in reducing stereotyped behaviors in children with autism spectrum disorders. Therefore, due to the simplicity, effectiveness and cheapness of these interventions, it is recommended to be used as a solution to reduce stereotyped behaviors.
