عنوان فارسی بررسی ارتباط نوبت کاری و سلامت دهان و دندان در پرستاران
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: نوبت کاری علاوه بر اثرات جسمی، روانی و اجتماعی ممکن است بر سلامت دهان و دندان هم موثر باشد. مطالعه اخیر با هدف ارتباط نوبت کاری و سلامت دهان و دندان در پرستاران نوبت کار انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه بصورت مقطعی در میان 120 پرستار زن شاغل در بیمارستان های تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران طی سال های1393 و 1394 انجام پذیرفت. وضعیت سلامت دهان و دندان با استفاده از شاخص(Decayed Missing Filling Teeth )DMFT index مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های آماری تی، مجذور کای و رگرسیون چند متغیره مورد پردازش قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: نتایج مطالعه مشخص کرد که میانگین شاخص DMFTدر پرستاران نوبت کار و غیر نوبت کار بترتیب 10. 4±8.10 و 2.80±9.41 بود و بین دو گروه لز نظر میانگین دندان های پوسیده، ترمیم شده، خارج شده و شاخص پریودنتال ( (DMFTاختلاف آماری معنی داری یافت نشد. البته آنالیز رگرسیون چند متغیره نشان داد که بین متغیر سن و DMFTارتباط معنی داری وجود دارد(P< 0.001). به علاوه با متغیرهای دیگری چون تعداد بارداری و زایمان، سابقه کار، اضطراب و وضعیت اقتصادی ارتباط معنی داری یافت نشد. نتیجه گیری: نوبت کاری به عنوان یک فاکتور مستقل اثر گذار بر سلامت دهان و دندان نیست. اما با توجه به میانگین شاخص DMFT و مسئولیت شغلی پرستاران، ضرورت توجه بیشتر به سلامت آنان احساس می گردد.

عنوان انگلیسی The Relationship between shift work and oral health in nurses
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Shift work can lead to physiological and psycho-social problems for shift workers; it also may be effective on oral health. The aim of this research was to assess the relationship between shift work and oral health in nurses. Materials and methods: This cross-sectional study was carried out on 120 nurses who were working in hospital affiliated to Tehran University of medical sciences in 2014- 2015. Oral health status and DMFT index (Decayed, Missing and Filling Teeth) was performed by a dentist with clinical examination. Finally, the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 22 software through, Chi-square, Independent-Samples T-Test and multiple logistic regressions tests. Result: The results showed that the mean of DMFT index in shift work nurses and non-shift work nurses was 8.10±4.10, 9.41±2.8 respectively, and the mean of decayed, missing and filled teeth and periodontal DMFT index in both groups, was not significantly different. The multiple logistic regression test revealed that the age has a significant effect on the DMFT value (p< 0.001). In addition, there was not a significant relation between DMFT index with gravid, parity, family income, anxiety and work experience. Conclusion: This study has demonstrated that shift work is not as an independent factor affecting on oral health. However, to the mean DMFT index and nurses job responsibilities, there is a need to paying more attention the occupational group. Key word: shift work, oral health, oral health, nurses, DMFT inde
