عنوان فارسی اثربخشی مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر روش همسان بر میزان آگاهی، نگرش و قصد رفتاری مرتبط با ایدز در دانش آموزان دختر دبیرستان های منطقه ۱۴ شهر تهران
چکیده فارسی مقاله سابقه و هدف: بیماری ایدز، یکی از مشکلات بهداشتی در جهان به ویژه در کشورهای در حال توسعه می باشد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثربخشی مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر روش همسان بر میزان آگاهی، نگرش و قصد رفتاری مرتبط با ایدز در دانش آموزان دختر دبیرستان های منطقه 14 شهر تهران انجام شده است. مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی 330 نفر از دانش آموزان دختر به صورت تصادفی چندمرحله ای از بین 18 مدرسه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه دارای روایی و پایایی قابل قبول استفاده گردید. قبل از اجرای مداخله از دو گروه کنترل و مداخله پیش آزمون گرفته شد و اطلاعات لازم در باره آگاهی، نگرش و قصدرفتاری نسبت به رفتارهای پیشگیری کننده ایدز برای طراحی و اجرای مداخله بدست آمد. سپس برنامه آموزشی اجرا و پس از 3 ماه پرسشنامه ها جهت سنجش تاثیر مداخله مجددا تکمیل شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار آماری -21SPSS و آزمون های آماری تی‌مستقل، تی‌زوجی، کای اسکوئر، همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون خطی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: پس از آموزش تغییرات معنی‌داری در میانگین نمرات آگاهی، نگرش و قصد رفتاری گروه مداخله مشاهده شد (0.001>P). سن با نگرش و قصد رفتاری با آگاهی و نگرش همبستگی مستقیم معنی‌داری داشت. آگاهی و نگرش قادر به پیش بینی 41 درصد تغییرات قصد رفتاری در دانش آموزان بودند. نتیجه گیری: یافته های مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که استفاده از روش همسان در مداخلات آموزشی می تواند در افزایش آگاهی و بهبود نگرش و قصد رفتاری نسبت به رفتارهای پیشگیری کننده از ایدز، موثر باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Effectiveness of Educational Intervention Based on Peer Education on Knowledge, Attitude and Behavioral Intention Related to HIV/AIDS in the High School Female Students in the Region 14 of Tehran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: AIDS is a health problem worldwide, especially in developing countries. Therefore, the aim of this study was the survey of the effectiveness of educational intervention based on peer education on knowledge, attitude and behavioral intention related to HIV/AIDS in high school female students in region 14 of Tehran, Iran. Materials and Methods: In this quasi-experimental study, 330 female students were selected by multistage random sampling from 18 schools. For data collection, a reliable and valid questionnaire was used. Before the intervention, pretest were taken from both intervention and control groups and required information about knowledge, attitude and behavioral intention about HIV preventive behaviors were obtained for the design and implementation of intervention. Then, the educational intervention was implemented and after three months, the questionnaires were completed again to measure the impact of intervention. SPSS 21 statistical software and statistical tests of independent t, paired t, chi-squared, Pearson’s correlation and linear regression analysis were used for data analysis. The level of significance was considered P < 0.05. Results: After the training, significant changes in the mean scores of knowledge, attitude and behavior was observed in the intervention group (P < 0.001). Age with attitude and behavioral intention with knowledge and attitude had direct significant correlations. Knowledge and attitude were able to predict 41% of changes in behavioral intention. Conclusions: The findings of current study showed that the use of peer education can be effective in educational interventions to increase knowledge and to improve attitude and behavioral intention about HIV preventive behaviors.
