هدف: بررسی نقش پیشگویی کننده متغیرهای رضایت زناشویی، حمایت همسر، خشونت خانگی و رضایت از زندگی بر ابعاد مختلف نگرش و تصمیمات فرزندآوری زنان متاهل بدون فرزند در دوره سه سال اول پس از ازدواج
روش کار: یک مطالعه مقطعی در فاصله شهریور تا دی ماه 1402 با مشارکت 214 زن متاهل بدون فرزند شهر قزوین با میانگین (انحراف معیار) سنی برابر با (6.23) 27.55 که در دوره یک تا سه سال پس از ازدواج بودند، انجام شد. داده های مطالعه با استفاده از پرسشنامه های نگرش و تصمیمات فرزندآوری، رضایت از زندگی، رضایت زناشویی، حمایت همسر و خشونت خانگی از طریق مصاحبه تلفنی جمع آوری شدند.
یافته ها: رضایت از زندگی (β= 0.198) پیشگویی کننده تعویق فرزندآوری به آینده؛ رضایت از زندگی (β= 0.445) و رضایت زناشویی (β= -0.259) پیشگویی کننده فرزندآوری به عنوان مانعی برای زندگی در حال حاضر؛ رضایت زناشویی (β= 0.174) پیشگویی کننده اهمیت باروری در آینده، و رضایت زناشویی (β= 0.137) پیشگویی کننده فرزندآوری به عنوان هویت اجتماعی بود. در مدل تک متغیره، خشونت خانگی با هیچ کدام از ابعاد نگرش و تصمیمات فرزندآوری ارتباط معنی دار نشان نداد و حمایت همسر تنها ارتباط معنی دار با زیرمقیاس فرزندآوری به عنوان هویت اجتماعی نشان داد.
نتیجه گیری: رضایت از زندگی و رضایت زناشویی متغیرهای پیشگویی کننده ابعاد مختلف نگرش و تصمیمات فرزندآوری در زنان متاهل بدون فرزند در دوره سه سال اول پس از ازدواج هستند. |

Aim: To investigate the predicting role of the variables of marital satisfaction, spousal support, domestic violence and life satisfaction on various aspects of the attitudes and decisions of childless married women in the first three years after marriage.
Methods: A cross sectional study was conducted between September and December 2023 with participation of 214 childless married women of Qazvin city with an average (standard deviation) age of 27.55 (6.23) who were in the period of one to three years after marriage. Data were collected via telephone interview using questionnaires on attitudes toward fertility and childbearing decisions life, satisfaction, marital satisfaction, spousal support and domestic violence.
Findings: The significant predictor of postponing childbearing to the future was life satisfaction (β=0.198); Significant predictors of children as an obstacle for present were life satisfaction (β= 0.445) and marital satisfaction (β= -0.259); The significant predictor for the importance of fertility for the future was marital satisfaction (β=0.174) and the significant predictor of childbearing as a social identity was marital satisfaction (β=0.137). In the univariate model, domestic violence did not show a significant relationship with any of the dimensions of attitudes toward fertility and childbearing decisions, and spousal support only showed a significant relationship with childbearing as a social identity.
Conclusion: Life satisfaction and marital satisfaction are predictors for different dimensions of attitudes toward fertility and childbearing decisions in married childless women in the first three years after marriage.
