عنوان فارسی بررسی ارتباط بین میزان مواجهه با صدا با استرس شغلی و توانایی انجام کار در کارکنان شرکت آرتا
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف : صدا یکی از عوامل زیان‌آور مهم در اکثر صنایع و کارخانه‌ها می‌باشد که شرایط محیط کاری شاغلین را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. فاکتورهای زیادی مانند نوع کار و شرایط کار، سازمان‌دهی کار و ویژگی‌های فردی کارگر بر روی توانایی انجام کار اثر می‌گذارند. همچنین استرس شغلی صرفاً تحت تاثیر ویژگی‌های فردی افراد قرار ندارد و محیط کاری استرس‌زا نیز از دلایل مهم ایجاد استرس می‌باشد. در این پژوهش به  بررسی ارتباط مواجهه با صدا با استرس شغلی و توانایی انجام کار شاغلین یک شرکت مواد غذایی پرداخته شد.

روش ­کار:  پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی می‌باشد که با مشارکت 142 نفر از کارکنان کارخانه مواد غذایی در گروه‌های کاری مختلف انجام شد. میزان استرس شغلی با تکمیل پرسشنامه osipow و  توانایی انجام کار در بین کارکنان از طریق پرسشنامه شاخص توانایی انجام کار (WAI) تعیین شد. میزان مواجهه صوتی شاغلین از طریق محاسبه تراز معادل 8 ساعته صدا انجام گردید. ارتباط بین مواجهه صوتی با استرس شغلی و توانایی انجام کار از طریق آزمون‌های همبستگی پیرسون و اسپیرمن بررسی شد. برای بررسی تأثیر همزمان متغیرها از آزمون رگرسیون چندگانه و برای بررسی اختلاف میانگین متغیرهای مستقل از آزمون واریانس یک طرفه استفاده شد.

یافته‌ها: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که بین مواجهه با صدا در گروه‌های مختلف کاری و سطح استرس شغلی کارکنان ارتباط مثبت و  معنی‌داری برقرار است (p < 0.001). همچنین  بین مواجهه با صدا و شاخص توانایی انجام کار رابطه منفی معناداری وجود دار د(p < 0.001  ). در بررسی تأثیر همزمان متغیرها بر استرس شغلی و WAI، صدا بیشترین تأثیر را دارد. اختلاف میانگین استرس شغلی در گروه های شغلی معنادار نمی باشد، ولی در WAI اختلاف میانگین در گروه‌های کاری تفاوت بالایی دارد.

نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان داد افزایش مواجهه صوتی شاغلین می‌تواند به افزایش استرس شغلی و کاهش توانایی انجام کار شاغلین منجر شود.

عنوان انگلیسی Investigating the relationship between noise exposure with occupational stress and work ability in Arta company employees
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objectives: Numerous factors including job type and conditions, work organization and individual characteristics affect work ability of the workers. Further, occupational stress is not solely influenced by individual characteristics; a stressful work environment is also a significant source of stress. Noise has been recognized as one of the major occupational hazards that adversely impacts work condition in many industries. In this study, the association between noise exposure and occupational stress and work ability of the workers in a food processing plant was investigated.

Methods: This descriptive-analytic study was performed with participation of 142 workers of the food processing plant in various work groups. OSIPOW questionnaire results were utilized to measure occupational stress while work ability of the workers was determined by Work Ability Index (WAI) questionnaire. Noise exposure of the workers was calculated as a measure of 8-hour time weighted average. The association between noise exposure and work ability was analyzed using Pearson and Spearman correlation tests. Multiple regression test was utilized to analyze the simultaneous effect of variables, while to analyze the mean difference of independent variables, one-way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA) was used.

Results:  The results of the study demonstrated a significant positive association between noise exposure and stress level across various work groups (p<0.001). Furthermore, a significant negative relationship can be found between noise exposure and work ability of the workers (p<0.001). A simultaneous analysis of variables influencing occupational stress and WAI demonstrated that noise had the largest effect. While occupational stress levels were not significantly different across working groups, mean difference of WAI was rather significant among them.

Conclusion: This study demonstrated that higher levels of noise exposure may contribute to increased occupational stress and decreased work ability among workers.
