عنوان فارسی بررسی اثربخشی برنامه‌های مدیریت ایمنی، بهداشت و محیط‌زیست (HSE) و ارتباط آن با رضایت شغلی ، مورد مطالعه: یکی ازواحدهای تولید روغن نباتی غرب تهران
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه وهدف: امروزه هرسازمانی برای ادامه حیات و توسعه خود به داشتن نیروی انسانی سالم و کارآمد و به‌کارگیری به‌جا و شایسته از این سرمایه نیازمند است و تحقق این امر تنها با اجرای برنامه‌هایی در قالب مدیریتHSE به ‌صورت یکپارچه امکان‌پذیر است تا ضمن حذف فعالیت‌های موازی باعث ایجاد تعادل در امور سازمان شده و با ایجاد انگیزه در کارکنان به‌صرفه جویی در هزینه‌ها و افزایش بهره‌وری منجر ‌شود. هدف اصلی آن بررسی اثربخشی برنامه‌های مدیریت HSE و ارتباط آن با رضایت شغلی در کارخانه نوش آذر می باشد. روش بررسی: روش تحقیق به‌صورت پیمایشی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها به‌صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری آن، کارکنان نوش آذر که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و با روش تصادفی تعداد 60 نفر تعیین گردید. ابزار سنجش، پرسشنامه‌ محقق ساخته ای بود که روایی آن با استفاده از نظرات اساتید و اعضای هیئت‌علمی تائید وپایایی آن با روش کرونباخ، مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار 22spss تجزیه‌وتحلیل گردید. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین نمره کلی برنامه‌های مدیریت HSE و نمره کلی رضایت شغلی و تمامی ابعاد آن قبل و بعد از مداخله رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد.در زمینه رتبه‌بندی شاخص های مدیریت HSE، شاخص "برنامه های کنترلی بهداشت حرفه ای" و در زمینه رتبه‌بندی شاخص‌های رضایت شغلی، شاخص"مدیریت فنی" دارای بیشترین نمره بود. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به معنی‌داری رابطه بین برنامه‌های مدیریت HSE و رضایت شغلی، هرچه این برنامه‌ها به‌صورت منسجم و دقیقتر و باکیفیت بیشتری اجرا شود اثر آن بر رضایت کارکنان بیشتر خواهد بود .

عنوان انگلیسی Assessing the effectiveness of HSE Management Programs And Its Relationship With jobSatisfaction، One of the vegetable oil production plant at the West of Tehran
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background & Objectives: Today Every organization in order to survive and develop, need safe and efficient staffing and to use appropriate and worthy of this investment . Accomplishing this goal, is possible only by executing programs in HSE management seamlessly until to eliminate parallel activities and to create a balance in current Affairs effective organization and by motivating staff and to increase productivity and save money. The original purpose of this reserch is to study efectiveness of HSE management programs and its relationship with job satisfaction in offered plant. Methods: The method of this research is survey and data analysis is descriptive-analytic. The statistical society is 60 persons of Noosh Azar Company who was determined by using cocran formula and randomly. The assessment tool is a researcher made questionnaire which the validity was confirmed by professors and faculty members and its reliability was measured by using Cronbach. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22. Conclusions: The results were that the between total score of HSE programs and total score of job satisfaction and all of the aspects of them, before and after the intervention there was a significant and positive correlation. Ranking in the field of management indicators HSE, for "professional health control programs" and the job satisfaction index ranking, for "technical management" was the highest score. Results: Considering the significant relationship between job satisfaction and HSE management programs, as these programs are implemented coherently and more and more quality it will be more effective on the employee satisfaction.
