بررسی اختلالات کاستی توجه – بیش فعالی، نافرمانی و سلوک در کودکان والدین مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی |

مقدمه: ابتلا والدین به بیماری اختلال دوقطبی، عملکرد فردی، خانوادگی و اجتماعی آنان را مختل و بر سلامت جسمی و روانی کودکان آنان اثر گذاشته وکودکان را در معرض خطر آسیبهای روانی قرار می دهد. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه اختلال کاستی توجه – بیش فعالی، اختلال نافرمانی و اختلال سلوک کودکان سن دبستانی والدین مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی با والدین سالم می باشد. روش کار: در این مطالعه مقطعی از نوع تحلیلی، 62 کودک دبستانی با والد مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی نوع یک و 62 کودک دبستانی با والدین سالم با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند. محیط پژوهش مرکز آموزشی- درمانی فرشچیان شهر همدان در سال 1392 بود. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها پرسشنامه استاندارد علائم مرضی کودک نسخه مربوط به والدین و پرسشنامه اختلالات خلقی بود. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار 18 / SPSS با استفاده از آزمون های کلموگروف-اسمیرنوف، تی دو نمونه مستقل وکای اسکوئر تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: میانگین نمرات گروه مطالعه در اختلالات کاستی توجه- بیش فعالی، نافرمانی مقابلهای و سلوک بطور معناداری متفاوت از میانگین نمرات گروه شاهد بود(001/0 p< ). نتیجه نهایی: یافتهها نشان داد که کودکان والدین مبتلا به اختلال دوقطبی در معرض آسیبهای روانی متعددی از جمله اختلالات کاستی توجه- بیش فعالی، سلوک و نافرمانی مقابلهای قرار دارند. لذا نیاز به مراقبت، درمان و پیگیری بیشتری دارند. |

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity, Oppositional Defiant and Conduct disorders in children of parents with Bipolar Disorder |

Background: The affliction of parents with bipolar disorder disrupts their personal, family and social functions and affects their children's physical and mental health in addition to exposing them to the risk of psychological trauma. The purpose of the present study is to investigate Attention Deficit Hyperactivity, Oppositional Defiant and Conduct disorders in school-aged children of parents afflicted with bipolar disorder and to compare the results with the results obtained for school-aged children of healthy parents. Methods: In the present analytical, cross-sectional study, 62 school-aged children with a parent afflicted with bipolar disorder and 62 school-aged children with normal parents were sampled through the convenience sampling method. Farshchian teaching hospital of Hamadan became the research environment in 2013-14. The data collection tool was the parent version of the CSI-4 and the Mood Disorder questionnaire. Data were analyzed in SPSS/18 using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, the two independent samples t-test and the chi-squared test. Result: There was a significant difference between the mean scores obtained by the case group in the assessment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity, Oppositional Defiant and Conduct disorders and the mean scores obtained by the control group (p< 0.001) Conclusion: The findings showed that the children of parents with bipolar disorder are exposed to numerous traumas, including the Attention Deficit Hyperactivity disorder, the Oppositional Defiant disorder and the Conduct disorder and therefore require more care, treatment and follow-up. |
