بررسی تاثیر شخصیت انسانی بر قابلیت اطمینان انسانی و بروز حوادث با استفاده از تکنیک Heart و مدل شخصیت رفتاری DISC در صنایع خودرو سازی |

زمینه و هدف: یکی از مهمترین مسایل محیط های صنعتی حوادث می باشد. عوامل مختلفی بر حوادث تاثیر گذار است که یکی از این عوامل خصوصیات فردی می باشد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش شخصیت نیروی انسانی بر قابلیت اطمینان انسانی در بروز حوادث با استفاده از مدل رویکرد رفتاری DISC در صنایع خودرو سازی صورت گرفته است. روش بررسی: این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی – تحلیل می باشد که در آن ارتباط حادثه پذیری فرد با شخصیت فردی و خطاپذیری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جهت تعیین شخصیت افراد از مدل استاندارد Diskاستفاده گردید و جهت برآورد میزان خطاپذیری افراد از تکنیک Heart استفاده شد. سپس ارتباط بین ابعاد شخصیتی و قابلیت اطمینان و خطای انسانی مشخص شد. همچنین ارتباط تکرار حادثه با شخصیت فردی و خطاپذیری فرد تعیین گردید. این تحقیق در بین 98 نفر از پرسنل یکی از بزرگترین واحدهای تولیدی خودرو در بین سالهای 92 تا 94 انجام گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج بدست آمده حاکی از آن بود که بین ابعاد شخصیت انسانی و خطای انسانی و بروز حوادث همبستگی بالایی وجود دارد. بطوریکه نتایج نشان داد که بین افراد با شخصیت تاثیر گذار (In) و ثبات ذاتی(Sn) و ثبات تطبیق یافته(Sa) و وظیفه شناس تطبیق یافته(Ca) و تکرار بروز حادثه رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج بدست امده مشخص شد که افرادی که دارای شخصیتی می باشند که نسبت به کار خود از حساسیت بالایی برخوردارند و تطبیق پذیری کمتری نسبت به تغییرات ایجاد شده در محیط کاری دارند، از احتمال بروز حوادث بیشتری برخوردار می باشند. شاید این مسئله بدلیل تناقض بین ساختار مدیریتی حاکم بر صنایع کشورهای در حال توسعه و خصوصیات شخصیتی این افراد ایجاد می شود. |

Background and Aim: one of the most important issues in industrial is Accident. Various factors affect the events that one of these factors is individual features. This study aim is, investigating of the role of human resource personality on human reliability in accidents outbreak with using DISC behavioral approach modal in automotive industry. Methods: this is a kind of descriptive-analytic research that, the relation of person vulnerability with human personality and fallibility was investigated. In order to determine human personality, Disk standard model was used and in order to estimate the degree of human fallibility, heart techniques was used. Then, the relationship between natural personality and human reconcilable dimensions and human reliability and fallibility was found. Also, the relation of accident repetition with personality and human fallibility was determined. This research had been done between 98 person of the personnel of one of the biggest production units, between 92 to 94. Results: the results indicate that, there is a high correlation between human personality and fallibility dimension and accidents outbreak, in a way that the results showed that, there is a significant relationship between person with influential personality, inherent stability, adapted stability, adapted dutiful and accident outbreak repetition. Conclusion: according to the results, it has been found that, the personality of the person who has high sensitivity in their job and has less adaptation than changes made in work environment, has a more possibility for accidents outbreak. Perhaps, this issue is created because of the inconsistency between management system that is ruling the industry of developing countries and personality features of these person. |
